clockwise

lamp only
fan only ( i think not sure )
fan and heat (ie main oven )
grill

grill will smoke a lot especially if not used for a while
open windows if really bad and close kitchen doors

turn on grill and wait till it starts to smoke. then turn grill off till smoke dies down. turn grill on till it smokes then turn off and so on
if you just turn it on and dont turn it off it could go on fire
After you have burnt it all off, using the grill on a regular basis will keep it down. the reason it happens is because the grill element is no being used while you are using the oven so fat from your cooking gets on it which burns off next time you switch it on

hope this helps
