Hi, i have an Indesit Forno oven, type FI 31 K.B IX GB, Serial number 605096001-03340150101 and i think the temperature control is faulty. the oven / grill / fan all work, but the oven just heats up for 15 minutes or so then cuts out, cools down and then comes on again.

I suspect the temp control sensor has died and the oven is heating to max temp, then tripping a master thermostat? any info on how to check, where to find it and how to replace is greatly appreciated
