Might just be possible to see if it is siezed and also check the capacitor.
Mine is most likely seized too.
I tried your instructions and removed the lower plinth (easy when the decorative part (wooden piece) of the door is off or when the dishwasher is on its side).
The only pump accessible from the front is the one draining the water away. That moved freely as I could turn the thing that looks like a fan.
I could not see much else but the salt reservoir so I put the dishwasher on its side and removed the bottom plate (4 screws; easy). Then I saw the big motor at the back of the dishwasher (part 4998101 nbr 992526 F, type 31-62/2 -02-) but had no clue on how I could turn it to remove the seizure. All the moveable parts were shielded.
That is when I gave up as the next step seems to be loosening the wire that holds the plastic basin (visible from inside the washer) against the metal, by going all around the circumference of that plastic. It seems that then I can remove the 3 hoses that
are attached to that motor and get access. This is not trivial as I was not sure I can put it all back together.
How can I free that seized pump/motor?
