Electrolux WT55 pass through catering pot washer

Ow Doo

Need help seeing if i can fix this pro pot washer.
Guess its a bit more in depth than a domestic but any help or a service manual would be great.

Thing fills up and starts to heat water but then nothing else. Will empty but not do much else.

Recent development whilst been messing with it is it now trips out the RCD when power is turned on so will not do anything.

Anyone got a few pointers?
Its our work one and employer is refusing to repair it anymoreso were stuck

Hi

My advise is to LEAVE ALONE as you are putting both your fellow employees at risk and yourself and ultimately your job.

If its now tripping the electrics then you will need to get a engineer out to sort out what you have adjusted or moved.

Commercial dishwashers normally work on 3 phase electricity..660v ..
