Apart from calling an engineer (again) is there anything else which I could try to stop this happening?
My current tenants and I am sick to death of getting it repaired so if there's no other simple fix, I'm gonna bite the bullet and buy a new unit. I don't want to get another lemon like this one has turned out to be, so can anyone recommend a nice simple 50/50 integrated fridge/freezer with no electronic bells and whistles to go wrong, that might last more than 12 months without a service visit?
I'm so disheartened by this experience I'm even considering taking out an extended warranty with the product - something I thought I'd never do!
