I have a Hoover WDM120 washer/dryer which does not take the conditioner from the drawer during washing, can someone please help?

grrr. take out drawer.. remove syphon cap.. clean thouroughly
other than that, the flow nozzle needs to be adjusted...which is niceley sat on top of the soap box!!!
