Funny forum this. On the one hand it's very helpful and on the other there seems to be a lot of "I've fixed freezers 'man and boy' and because you are obviously not in t'trade you are therefore an idiot" attitude with quite a lot posters. I've just noticed the same problem with my RS21 and I'm glad I've since found better advice on here than was posted above.
