Spare parts for appliances from UK Whitegoods

We have a Beko WMA1613S washing machine which is about three years old.
It went through a period of intermittently failing to spin. Now you can set it on a programme and it will click through to the end without doing anything.
I've had the top off and there is a cam at the back of the dispenser which is attached by a wire to a cam follower which is hanging loose alongside the timer switch. It is obviously controlled by the time switch but I cannot see how it is fixed. Playing around with the cam will sometimes allow the machine to fill but nothing else.
I've cleaned the filter at the bottom.
There does not "feel" as if there is any pressure in the rubber inlet hoses although there is plenty of pressure at the kitchen tap
It can be switched to D and it will drain.
Any ideas - can I get an exploded parts diagram to fix cam follower?
