Firenzi Integrated Dishwasher

Postby Sue C » Wed Feb 09, 2005 9:58 pm

I ahve a Firenzi integrated dishwasher which I am having problems with. Unfortunately cannot find the model number on it or the instuction manual. It is stopping after a short time and the right hand green light then flashes on and off continually. It stArts again when I press the right hand button it but stops a couple of seconds later. It is not washing anything. Can anyone tell me if I am doing anything obviuosly wrong with it and how I might go about fixing it?
Thanks
Sue C

Check around the edge of the door Sue, also top of the cavity - there'll be a label somewhere.

Problem is Firenzi is not a manufacturer; the appliance will be bought in and "badged" - we will need to work out which one you've got before we can offer any real advice.

Which bit of "Unplug it" is causing the problem?

This ia a Whirlpool made dishwasher.

The flashing light indicates there is a fault Sue which will need an engineer's attention. Most commonly it's the NTC (temperature sensor) which isn't a major job to put right.

Please try repairs@ and the directories and see if there's one in your area, or pop up your postcode.

Hope this helps.

Dave.

I had the same dishwasher a few years and we're not impressed so far.

I constantly check and put salt in as well as rinse etc. I have put through one of those "Dishwasher washer" bottle as well. So the inside looks clean

But recently it just isn't cleaning. Usually leaves what looks like grit in the glass and cups.

Any one any ideas?

Food debris stuck in the spray arm holes usually.

Hi,

I'm about to purchase a Firenzi Integrated Dishwasher (brand new but second hand). If they're made by Whirlpool, can I assume that they're as good as Whirlpool dishwashers?

Thanks,

Thanks. Do you know if it's any good? (Should I assume that it's as good as an Electrolux)?

Same thing only different, specified for Firenzi, I'd assume pretty much the same.
