does it stop full of water or empty!, if full it could be an intermittent drain fault, possibly something floating around in the pump. pump motor can also become intermittent.

it had some water in it,when i pressed the start button it continued to rinse etc and finished the wash.this happens only on 60 and 50 degree washes if that has any relevance.it washes without interuption on a 40 wash.
i tried another wash ,it stopped again during the rinse cycle,i removed front drain cover and manually drained the water as i did this the machine started to top up with cold water but wouldnt carry on doing the rinse untill after the start button was pressed.hope this helps?
