Spare parts for appliances from UK Whitegoods

I would be grateful for some advise as my grill/top oven door will not close. I was cleaning the door and oven and when I tried to close the door the right hand bracket seems to have come loose. The left hand bracket is very firm however on the right hand side the lower bracket is slightly wobberly and the top bracket is very loose.
It seems to drop down as the door is raised up and rests on the lower bracket as they enter the main body of the cooker -if you see what I mean. I cannot seem to adjust it by wriggling it or by pushing it. There are two screws above and below where the brackets enter the cooker but I am not sure what these attach to.
Thank you so much for any advise.
Sally

sounds like the hinge has disengaged, just a case of getting it back in to sit properly unless its broken. ther is usually a way of locking the spring in the hinge to help but there are various types of hinges, have a read of your manual perhaps it will explain in there
