EuroKera Hob

Postby Guest » Wed Feb 09, 2005 8:37 pm

We've just bought a EuroKera Hob from e-bay and two of the rings don't work. An electrician tells us we need a small connector to link the rings, and we're trying to find a U.K. stockist, any ideas? We're located in the northeast of England.

Cooker "links" are normally supplied with the cooker, is this a brand new hob? It can be fixed very easily by an engineer

Pop up your postcode, email address or look in repairs@

EuroKera is the manufacturer of the glass only not the hob.

The manufacturer or brand should be on the rating plate.

These links should be quite easy to get hold of though.

EuroKera is the glass manufacturer.

Have you followed the instructions correctly?

It maybe a Fagor hob and if you wire them the wrong way then 2 elements won't work.

hi

I have a EuroKera ceramic hob (2 normal & 2 halogen plates) in my kitchen.

Some liquid got into the "thermostat control knob" for one of the halogen plates & it is smoking when on. clearly it needs to be replaced.

Any idea who where i can get spares or who is able to repair this item (NW London)

Thanks

As mentioned, EuroKera is the glass manufacturer, not the hob manufacturer.

Please provide the make and model of the hob and we can then advise further :)

Dave.
