tricity sovereign cooker

hi there

i have moved house and it has a tricity sovereign model 4638 electronic oven control cooker but i dont know how to use it. i have tried pressing various knobs but it just keeps flashing at me on the lcd panel.

can anyone help please

Yep, you need to set the time of day first.

On the bottom row of buttons, press and hold the three on the left all at the same time, then turn the adjusting knob on the far right untill the correct time of day is displayed.

Once you've done that, you can set the oven temperature for both ovens via the timer unit by holding the relevent button down and turning the adjusting knob untill the desired cooking temperature is displayed, once you release the button, the oven will start up.

If though, the lights keep flashing from left to right and you are unable to set the time of day, the timer unit will be faulty as this was the most common complaint with them. New cooker time then I'm afraid as the timers are now obsolete.

I have a Tricity sovereign timer or two.
Used to work for Electrolux (who owns the Tricty name.

Which model is it dougill ?

I'm guessing 4638 but there were a few versions.

Hi
Press the lower lefthand 3 buttons of the block of 4 x2 buttons simaltaneously and rotate adjacent knob to set the time - release the 3 and you're in business
