Hotpoint BHWM129 -under the bonnet

Hi - Please can anyone tell me if the Hotpoint BHWM129 has a sealed drum or is servicable (bearings) like it predecessor Hotpoint BWM129 - Anyone taken one a part?

The only thing 'Hotpoint' about either of these machines is the name on the front. They are both low end, poor quality machines made by the Indesit Company. :rolls:

The BWM129 has a sealed drum but as you say the bearings are accessible from the rear.

You will be glad to know that the Indesit Company has taken the Hotpoint brand even further down the slippy slope, the BHWM129 has a totally sealed plastic drum in it.

Do yourself a big favour, up your budget a little and buy a Neff/Bosch/Siemens machine. :wink:

Big Thanks Iadom - I was watching one on EBAY but will Not buy a sealed drum unit - thanks for the brand advice - what about the Fagor brand 5 year warrenty --- any good ?
