Turn power off at the machine and at the wall switch. Turn both back on, press the two reset buttons again for 3 seconds. The number 0 should appear on the display and the machine drain out for 60 seconds, it then will switch off automatically (hopefully). :D

OK, try this:-

With the machine switched off, press and hold the Quick Wash button only (thats the one in the middle of the two reset buttons) Then turn machine on, release Quick wash button then switch off.

Switch back on again and with any luck.........???????

Returns H:04, after following switch on routine, then after switching off, no response at all when switching back on!

:hmm: I'm thinking the circuit board has likely to have gone faulty. :(

Tell, me, what was the sequence of events that prompted you to reset the machine in the first place?

Then it will involve some closer mechanical investigation to locate the component that failed. That component (pump, heater, valve etc etc) may also have caused the main control board to fail.....not looking good from where I'm sitting I must admit. :(

Thanks very much Martin, the machine is over 8 years old, so I suspect that the best solution is going to be to replace it. Your help in assisting diagnosis has been greatly appreciated.
