Hi, I recently had an error code on my machine which said i had a motor fault. I changed the carbon brushes and the error code has gone. unfortunately it has been replaced by all lights on on one side and the top light(wash) on the other. The start light does not illuminate and the door does not lock. any suggestion please

hi,if you turn wash knob to the off position then turn it to the 6 oclock spin position then press and hold the spin speed button then turn the knob to the 7 oclock position keep holding down the spin speed button for a further 5 seconds then turn the knob to the off position, this will reset the board, however it can take a few times to reset it when you have not done it before, hope this helps

Unplug the motor, then perform the reset procedure, then plug the motor back in..!

Before I answer, can I just ask if you have first disconnected the motor plug?

hello again, thanks everyone for your help.Ii have now fixed the problem. it was just a reset problem Lastys solution was the correct one unfortunately when i first turned the knob to 6oclock i should of waited for two flashes of the lights then moved it to 7 oclock, then release th spin button and turn to off, this instantly reset the machine. One again thanks for all the suggestions.
