Falcon cooker hood problem

Postby mrstsb » Sat Jul 28, 2012 8:17 pm

Help, any advice would be appreciated regarding my Falcon Super Extract hood.
The buttons seem to have a mind of there own, for example, If I turn the lights on, they come on, then they will go off for no reason, then they will come back on regardless of whether the 'switch' is on or off. Another problem is with the fan buttons, the fan operates with the buttons but won't switch off correctly. Any ideas please of what has gone faulty and where do I get spare parts from?
