Alexa,
Have some issues with my FP Ecosmart (US version). Would you please e-mail me the diagnostics information you have so kindly, and helpfully, shared with many members?
Much appreciation in advance!
Kind regards,
Ben Hollander - benhollander001(at)yahoo.com

Hi Ben, we've lost Alexa - tell me your model number, or check through virtually any F+P thread in this forum - the diagnostic info is there repeatedly.
Alternately, type "diagnostics" (no quotes) into the search facility.

Penguin45.
Which bit of "Unplug it" is causing the problem?

Hi, sorry to drag up an old thread, but I'm having the same problem. I've found the fault code (43) and have been searching the forums for a while and found this thread:
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p ... highlight=
But I need to know where/how to find the switch.
If someone could email me the info to
Kieren_g_brown@yahoo.com.au that would be great, thanks.
btw, this site is a goldmine! *adds to favourites*
Kieren.

I think I've got it sussed after reading this thread about the Out Of Balance switch:
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p ... +drive+601
I'm at work now but will check tomory and see how I go. I remeber seeing the part that is mentioned in the thread.
If anyone has any additional tips please feel free to pass them on, otherwise I hope the two link I've posted can save someone else some time!
Kieren.

Size error - have a read of this:
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p ... size+error
Same process for your machine.
