Assuming your diagnostic code to be correct, this is actually to do wth the drive motor. The rotor position sensor is faulty, the wiring is faulty or the module itself is faulty.
We've had a few of these lately, check down this forum for more info.
Power off if going inside.

Penguin45.
Which bit of "Unplug it" is causing the problem?

Thanks Penguine!
I've read quite a few including the one about the rotor sensor, presume its down near the smartdrive? Don't think it is the out of balance switch, seams to be working fine. Replaced the two valve inlet units already and a new lid. Had to Adjust the lid reed switch in the controller just a bees dick because it wasn't engaging properly with the lid closed. It is now.
The fill problem is intermitent, persistantly trying to run the machine will eventually get it to work and often it will then run a number of loads. Going back to it the following day and it will do it again. Does this tell you anything that could narrow the fault down a little?
Brgds,

Hi Again Penguin
Just checking I am giving you the right ldiagnostic Led's. It is the Long Wash, Final Rinse & Spin leds that remain constantly lit when the beeping starts. Total of 8 leds across the top of this model so if Spin=1, Final Rinse=2 & Long Wash= 8 the error code is 11?
Thnks again for all your help, this is such a great site!

Nice try! Your code is 1 +2 +128 (!) = 131. This is a motor circuit fault. I can't tell you much more - Kiwi and FastandPro will pick up on this when the world turns round far enough, so stand by......

Its a sensor problem normally.
Try the contacts on thr rotor Possition sensor. Perhaps a bit dirty
look for any rust marks and leakage on the motor its a sign of bearing problems not so common on the 600 or 700 machines as they used better stuff back then.
