Hotpoint Mistral freezer not freezing

Hi, my Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer has been working fine until recently, when the freezer section will only reach - 10. when its normal temperature should be - 22. I would really appreciate any help with this problem, as the unit itself has been great.
