Spare parts for appliances from UK Whitegoods

This washer/dryer is just over a year old and tonight the drying cycle stopped with flashing lights - the power light flashes rapidly and the spin and delay lights also flash slower. There is no noticeable pause or delay of any of these flashes so I cannot see any "code" that some people have referred to.
The machine needed to be isolated before I was able to switch it off (holding power whilst flashing did nothing).
When I took out the washing it was EXTREMELY hot to touch with a lot of steam even though the dryer was set to max 50C. I wonder whether the washing had stuck to the holes and over heated the dryer?
If I switch it on now it still flashes approx an hour after the cycle terminated. It is still quite warm on top to touch though.
I'm hoping that it has tripped some kind of automatic cut off and just needs to cool down over night. Otherwise, does some kind of cut off need to be reset somehow or does an engineer need to take a look?
Thanks,
Matt

If you can number the 4 lamps from left to right 1-4 and let us know which one's are flashing (spin/delay etc aren't described in the error codes) it should help

That's an electronic configuration error I'm afraid
Engineer time, check the repairs@ link below for an Independent in your area

Doh, OK thanks
Just for my peace of mind, could that have had anything to do with overloading the dryer? I think I'm going to try and avoid using the dryer from now on - I really don't trust it.

Probaly not to be honest, although the fault may not lie solely with the dryer
