A month ago my Dishwashers instantaneous water heater failed. I heard a bang and it switched off. I replaced the fuse in the plug and although it cycled the water would not heat.
I got a BOSH engineer to fix it. He completely stripped the machine down to find the root cause without any success. He replaced the heater anyway and everything appeared OK. Tonight EXACTLY the same thing has happened. The fuse in the plug blew. When I replaced the fuse I find, as last time, the water is no longer heating
What are my rights here? Obviously the underlying fault was not found and by simply replacing the broken part has not solved the problem. Less than a month on I'm back at square one. Am I in my rights to demand the return, free of charge to put it right this time?
Thanks.
