Drainage issue Bosch maxx classic WAE20261AU

hi there,

Before I let my machine join mountains of landfill, was hoping someone might be able to help?

My machine wasn't draining properly for a couple of weeks. Now it's stopped draining at the end of a cycle, but seems to drain during?? It also isn't spinning as well as it was. I have also noticed a noise through most of the cycle that it wasn't making before.

I've done all the standard things, checking nothing is blocking pipes/pump. We then ordered a replacement pump as we thought it was that but no luck.

Any advice would be much appreciated before she goes to the tip :?

Your ip address suggests you are posting from Oz so I have moved you down to our Australian forum.

It may be worth checking the motor brushes. They need to have a good length on them with nice shiny ends and no pitting, also the armature needs to be clean with no raised segments.

Please keep your questions to the forums, emails and private messages will not be answered.
