It's behind the kick plate (plinth) at the very bottom Helen.

If you give it a tug it should unclip, the filter is behind it on the right.

Hi,

I have an error code F-05 showing. What does that mean? Thanks.

It's a water level related problem.

The only thing the user can really check is the filter for blockages/coins etc.

Apart from that, you'll need to call an engineer to diagnose which component is causing the error to display.

There's plenty here if you need one, just let us know your postcode.

I cannot get the drier to work no matter what settings i use and do not have a users manual. A service engineer said the control panel was faulty and he supposedly repaired it, but still no luck. Does anybody have any clues or similar problems?

Mark,

I would suggest calling that engineer back to check it out. The work he did should carry a years guarantee (the norm in the trade). It is likely that it may need further attention in that department I suspect

You can download an instruction book by checking my posting under "Instruction Books" within this forum.

I have a problem with one of these too. It takes in water at the beginning of the cycle then when the drum is supposed to turn, nowtr happens and the dial does that turny thing. I've checked the filter, reset the machine and checked that the belt is still in one peice. Any ideas? Is it worth taking off the pipework to the pump to see if there is any blockages?

Ta!

When the dial is clicking round the power light will be flashing. Count the number of flashes it will pause briefly then keep repeating the code. The amount of flashes indicates an error code.

Fixed it! I took it apart and found that the pipe that leads down from the detergent tray had become unattached for some reason, so I put it back on and all is well. Strange!

I have a Margherita 2000 AWD 12 S.

I have been having a similar problem with the program getting stuck.

I removed the screw in filter plug, but unfortunately the filter was so blocked with coins etc, I snapped off the plastic filter in the process.

where would I be able to purchase a new one ?

Thank you

Which bit of "Unplug it" is causing the problem?

I'm not sure that's the part I want...
