Bosch Condenser Dryer WTE84103/GB

Postby Kielykid64 » Tue Oct 05, 2010 8:41 am

I was called to service this Dryer as it It was just giving 2 beeps and Nothing else, Checked the water chamber on underneath the conderser pump cleared out the fluff. cleaned the probe in front at the lint filter and the sensor at the element had a coating of lint . I didn't remove the motor side of the cabinate , did I miss something ? There are no burn marks, the element is metering OK. I was compeatly beaten on this one !
Had to walk away,
Thanks ,
Maurice

If it just beeps twice on trying to start , but doesn't actually start , then it could well be the door lock faulty , not seeing the door in the closed position.

I had one of these doing exactly this just last week. I came to the same conclusion as nomadpaul, so checked the door lock and connections to pcb. No faults found but when it was all back together it ran perfectly. Put it down to a poor connection on the pcb. It'd be worth giving all the connectors a wiggle. Wizard
If you take out enough screws, it'll come apart !
