Hi - Can anyone give some pointers on this machines behaviour.
Candy GOF662 s/n 310299809160268. Trying to get the machine to do an extra rinse is very difficult - the SPIN LED's flick from one to the other when it should be on MED to make sure that water actually enters the machine. Then when you do manage to get the right LED up it starts to heat the rinse water and it can go on endlessly rinsing. Filter gets cleaned reqularly.
Exellent website by the way - great help and advice section.

That's an odd problem from what you describe which, I would think, could well be an electronic control problem.
Do all the other programs work okay?

Selector issues are very common on these machines. Find an engineer near you with the search option on here. They can clean the contacts of the selector as well as give the machine a service.

Thanks for all the replies. The other programmes seem to work OK, just the rinse selection that is giving the problem. Will a switch clean solve that water heating problem - worth a shot I suppose.
