Had a look the machine has a sole motor fitted.
Just wondering if this machine has an out of balance function?
It will start to spin then stop rotate a few time then try to spin again then stop again.

The electronics can detect if the washload is unbalenced by the electrical load on the motor have you tried it with nothing in the drum if it spins fine then this would appear to have been the issue but it is also possible the tacho on the front of the motor has become loose this has two yellow wires going to it check this is secure

Checked the wires to the tacho and also the harness.
