I have an Ise 1606W, it is exactly 1 year old. Recently I have noticed odd marks on some clothes. For example this morning I emptied a white wash using powder and ecover softener and 3 items of my daughter's clothes have odd black splodges, not black really more a grey colour. Different sizes and shapes just random splodges. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as they don't seem to be coming out at all.

Hi Debbie,

There's nothing that the machine can do to cause marking as, unlike most, it has a stainless tank so doesn't suffer from the usual smells etc. But, have you run a maintenance wash yet?

I can't tell you much about Ecover products as we don't use them.

I have just finished running a maintenance wash so hopefully that will solve it.
