Spare parts for appliances from UK Whitegoods

Does anyone have experience of removing a motor from an AEG lavamat 64600? I want to change the carbon brushes. I have got the back plate off and have removed the 4 main screws which appear to be holding the motor to the drum, but it just won't shift! Any ideas what is holding it on? Any advice would be gratefully accepted, else i'll be scrapping it.

Once the 4 screws securing it to the tub are removed, give it a tap backways, it should release. Carefull it doesn't drop on tiled floor though.
