hi,
I am writting to find out if you possible knew how i could
obtain a philco washing machine manual. i am a tenat who has moved
into a property with a pilco wahsing machine but the landlord has
lost the manual. the problem that i am now being faced wih is the
fact the i have loads of close to wash, and a washing machine with
out any idea of how to use it. would you possible know where i could
find a manula or could you possible email me instructions if you have
them, any help that you could give would be much appreciated.

However, you may be able to obtain a copy of the manual by checking out this link that I have previously posted here. (Philco is part of the Indesit/Ariston Group by the way, so look under that heading )

Also as Dave suggests, you let us have the Model Number of your machine (usually written on the R/H/Side of the Control Panel) and we may be able to look it up for you

Really bad news all round on this I'm afraid. Both the Instruction Book and the Control Panel Fascia for this model are both OBSOLETE

I seriously doubt if anybody has such information, but you never know, someone may surprise us

I do believe that machine was not made for sale here in the United Kingdom, perhaps you should try closer to home, maybe the shop you bought it from could help?
