Are You Being Conned On Repairs?

Before you consider a fixed cost repair, which many manufacturers offer now, or get scared into taking out a "repair contract" because you're given stupidly high repair quotes on the phone please read this article first.  It will take you five minutes and could save you a lot of cash.
