Thermador Domestic Appliances (non-UK Brand)

Thermador say that for seven decades, Thermador has been at the forefront of fusing the art and science of design and ingenuity. From introducing the first built-in oven almost 50 years ago to revolutionizing gas cooktops with the patented Star Burner; and from designing the first retractable downdraft ventilation system to advancing speed cooking technology; Thermador has helped transform the American kitchen.

But, in 1998, Thermador became another casualty in the increasing consolidation within the industry by being acquired by the BSH Group.

We would expect that an increasing amount of the products sold in the US under the Thermodor brand will increasingly become tweaked Bosch/Neff/Siemens appliances to suit the US customers.

Thermador Service

There is no official UK support for the Thermador brand.

Thermador Spare Parts

Very little on spares is known by us in here in the UK however we have been asked on several occasions if we can source spares for Thermador products. We cannot currently obtain any spare parts for Thermador appliances.

The official line from the BSH Group is that spares are unavailable in the UK and that Thermador is not sold in Europe, end of story.

We suspect that sometime before they were bought, Thermador or a distributor was importing the appliances and that has obviously since ceased. If this is the case then any UK support for the products will be non-existent.

We cannot obtain any spare parts for Thermador appliances.
