This set of fault codes for a range of AEG built in ovens and may also cover some AEG cooker models. These error codes are also used on Electrolux ovens so they will show an identical set of fault codes.
Sadly we do not have a note of the AEG oven model numbers that these error codes relate to.
These error codes may not relate to ALL AEG branded built in ovens.
Please try to support our site by buying AEG spares from our store here and, if you decide that you really need an engineer please support the local repairers that help make this site possible, you can find local repairers using our engineer search facility.
These fault codes are written for oven and cooker repairers and not for the general public by AEG and they assume a certain level of competence on the part of the user in diagnostic routines. We have added some notes to try to assist you in determining the nature of the fault you have but, you will still need to investigate each failure on its own merits. For more help and advice on fault finding on an oven or cooker please refer to our oven fault finding guide from this link before you begin.
We have purposely not listed any AEG spares in this article as there is a vast range of spares used by AEG.
For spares, if it isn't glaringly obvious which one is required please contact us and ask and have the PNC number from the rating plate of the washing machine. The PNC number is like a VIN number on a car, it tells us exactly what part you need and using any other numbers or sizes can be tantamount to a guess. Using the PNC ensures you get the correct part every time.
Please, don't guess or assume as spares can be altered on a production run with the same model number having several different alternative components used.
