Bosch Siemens Neff Washing Machines With Honeycomb Drum Error Codes

There are a number of different version of the electronics used in Bosch Group made washing machines and washer dryers that are sold as Bosch, Siemens and Neff and most of them use the different fault or error codes when they have a problem or a spare part fails. This particular article relates only to the range of machines by these brands that used a honeycomb inner drum.

Reading The Washing Machine Error Code

In order to read the error code you need to see the LED's lit in a vertical manner with the sequences below. On these washing machines there should be two vertical rows of LEDs, one of r spin and one for program.

They are read from top to bottom.

So the bottom spin light lit is number five.

The second from top light on program is number two.

So, the first error code below is spin led five and program lights two and three. First (spin) row only the bottom light is lit and the two middle ones (two and three) are lit on the program strip.

So far as we are aware these were used on models from all three Bosch owned brands, Bosch, Neff and Siemens. We have limited information as Bosch does not allow independent repairers access to technical support.
