Polish manufacturer Amica, as a part of their UK expansion, have announced the start of a program to allow appliance retailers to service products that they have sold by their own service departments or, to team up with local service partner to offer customers a better and more local service.
The program is scheduled for launch in late September this year and some retailers have already been made aware of the program. Response so far is said to be very good with many retailers keen to control their customer's servicing requirements whenever they may be required and offer a more personal and local service.
Amica currently offers a range of freestanding and built in products in the UK and the brand, whilst well known in Poland and Eastern Europe, has not been as well known in the UK until recently. All the Amica appliances carry a two year parts and labour warranty and offer very good value as well as some very innovative appliances.
