ServicePower, the innovative supplier of outsourcing solutions and software to the mobile repair and installations industry, has been awarded a new contract by Homeserve.
Homeserve provides home emergency policies and repairs and has over 7m policy members and 4,000 employees across the UK, USA and France. 5.8m of its policy members are in the UK.
The contract will see ServicePower provide the full portfolio of SERVICEPower optimisation products and take responsibility for the implementation of a mobile communications solution 1st-Touch provided by Triangle Computer Services. The solution will allow Homeserve to offer time-banded appointments to its customers, improving customer services and optimising the working day of each of its engineers.
