Bought this model off shpock, rookie mistake didn't fully check before purchasing.
Live quite far away and guy is refusing refund.
I'm under the impression it's hopefully an early fix but atm I'm stuck.
Basically the unit is in good user shape..
It's basically not spraying water out, both the jets under the brush and the hand tool jet is rubbish, squirts out in intervals very low pressure for around 1 second then stops.

Brush bar is fine, heater core is fine and clean,
I can see fluid moving around tubes inside when button is pressed on main unit, around the heat module.

I think my problem is the tank hose which connects to base.
It fits onto a nipple on the base, I've tried sticking a screw there but the water just leaks under the connection.

    Any help guys

    Hi

Very few spares are available for these machines and no service back up at all.

Your best bet is to return it to Bissell repair comes with a guarantee. Not the best news you want to hear but at least it gets you a fully working machine.

check the bottom of the main tank

if someone has put water that's too hot in the container the base of the container warps upward stopping the water flowing properly
