We will not be able to assist you with this brand
Atag, formed in 1948 was a producer of upmarket cooking products primarily based in the Netherlands and acquired the ETNA and then Pelgrim brands by around 2000.
It’s never been all that popular in the UK but has been present for a time although it is hard to find. Equally, anyone who will repair them or supply parts is also hard to track down.
In 2008 the business was acquired by Gorenje. Atag’s PR department will say they merged but as far as we can see Gorenje now controls it and we suspect many products to be merely rebadged Gorenje stuff. In effect it’s being used as an own brand label of sorts in our opinion and, based on what we can find.
As far as we can tell, other than a mere handful of specialist dealers you can’t buy Atag in the UK at the time of writing. And, with the limited support and the high probability that they’re little more than a Gorenje machine in a fancy dress, there’s not a lot of reason to go out your way to do so.
If you’re an owner of and old Atag appliance, they’re not the same now. Not at all.
Atag Market Position
Historically Atafg was high end but they appear to have moved downmarket a bit.
Atag Spare Parts
In almost all instances, not available, hardly any parts or even information we could find.
What the UK servicing arrangements are unknown but we expect it would just get routed through the usual Gorenje channels given they own the brand.

Atag Ratings & Review
No review as we really do not have enough info but expect the machines to be of a mediocre quality and performance as we expect them to be based largely on Gorenje internals.
